I am reviewing the Etens Insulated Cocktail Shaker Black at the cost of $35. I've made cocktails at home for a few years now and wanted to upgrade to an insulated shaker. My rating is 4 stars. This is a premium all-in-one option that does exactly what it promises, but the value equation gets tricky when you compare it to Etens' own full 15-piece set at $60.The double-wall vacuum insulation works beautifully. My hands stayed comfortable through multiple rounds of shaking, and there was zero condensation on my counter. The built-in strainer pours smoothly for standard cocktails, and the laser-etched jigger lid measurements are accurate and easy to read. The weighted base feels solid and balanced. I tested it with margaritas and martinis, and the leak-proof design held up perfectly with vigorous shaking.For about the same ballpark, you've got options. High quality cocktail shaker
This is a very high quality cocktail shaker, made of a durable double-wall vacuum stainless steel material. The cap and strainer lid are included, and they both fit well to keep the top of the shaker sealed while using it. The double vacuum wall means this will help keep your cocktail cold after shaking if you don't pour it all right away. I used it twice and had no leakage around the lid while shaking or pouring. It looks nice and feels like the same quality construction as the name brand tumblers so many people have now. It does seem a bit expensive, but I see no reason why you'd need to replace it any time soon.

This is a 3-in-1 shot glass/stainer and shaker. There are two silicone seals on the silver top that prevent leaking. The lid is well marked with half ounce intervals for measuring shots. This is the best value Ivseen for a double wall shaker withour getting a full bar set.This stainless steel double-walled shaker does its job perfectly. The silver top is single thickness and you can really feel the difference, the black section stays comfortable to hold. The built in strainer does its job with ice cubes.

Impressive Cocktail Shaker
First thing out of the box, this shaker looks sophisticated. Black and silver, it looks great sitting on the counter waiting to work.Shaker holds a good amount of stuff...lots of ice and lots of liquid. It easily makes 4 martinis in the "shaken, not stirred" method, but you can definitely make stirred cocktails in it, too. The tumbler portion feels good in the hand and easy to grip. The whole thing is easy to clean (hand wash). Top cap has measurement lines, which eliminates the need for jiggers.This shaker differs from the traditional style in that the shaker lid has an inside-lip with a gasket and there's another gasket for the top cap. They do seal well and keep liquid from escaping. The tumbler is supposedly double-wall vacuum insulated, but there is some cold leakage through as compared to similar coffee tumblers. It's definitely not a dealbreaker since it's minimal and much more comfortable to hold than the standard metal tumblers. The lid/cap do get very cold and will frost when vigorously shaking, so watch out for the top hand.Some notes on why I took off 1*: The gaskets make this more air-tight than a typical shaker. If the cap is on when placing the lid on the tumbler, the cap will pop off. The internal lip on the lid catches and holds liquid, so when removing the lid, there might be a bit of spillage. Finally, the cap does not fit tightly on the pour spout (due to the gasket), so when the cap is removed, there is a bit of liquid that will inevitably spill. While none of these are dealbreakers, this is something that needs to be addressed by the end-user and treated differently than a typical metal shaker or glass/tumbler setup.
