Stainless steel, light weight, spill proof, stays hot or cold for long. It's one of my favorite mugs. Like feel of mug outside-color and look is great. Sturdy, perfect size for me. Can't think of anything wrong. In fact, it came with extra rubber ring for the cover and cute stickers to decorate. Extra plus for that. Haven't used dishwasher. Only hand washed and intended do so-dont want to ruin the cup I like with stickers on it.
Works great, lid can be difficult to get off but I've been through a few that leak very badly so I prefer this one. The coffee stays hot for awhile I can only attest for 35 minutes because that's as long as a cup has lasted. The mug is a contradiction, the outside gets ice cold ( when outside in the cold ) yet open the the cup for a drink and hot steaming coffee is inside. It comes with a small cleaning brush and an extra lid gasket.My only complaint and its not fair is 24 oz is really pushing capacity right to the too without the lid, I expected 24 oz to be at the bottom of the lid. It works great, keeps coffee hot for a long time and doesnt leak.
The mug is well built and keeps the coffee warm very well. My only complaint is that the lid fits so tightly that it’s almost impossible to get off. My husband can’t remove it at all and I have a difficult time as well.
A truly wondrous chalice that preserves the heat of my morning brew for many a long hour, as if the very sun were trapped within its walls. For those who seek but a single, modest draught and naught more, its proportions are truly most exquisite.Yet, I must confess, the lid doth cling to the rim with a stubborn tenacity, yielding only to a most determined hand. Perchance, as the seasons turn and use wears down its pride, it shall learn a more gentle obedience.
This coffee mug is just perfect for me! The seller added an extra rubber ring and a brush to clean it with and cute little coffee stickers with an instruction book. I was amazed how much thought was put into it. The mug holds 24 oz and keeps my coffee nice and hot. It can be a bit heavy if you have arthritic hands. The lid fits on extremely tight so no worries about spilling anything. Would highly recommend buying it from this seller!

For the price- ok... this 12oz mug performs ok. I have included a very brief list of pros/cons below for consideration. In fairness, my review is based on first-hand (pun intended) experience with Yeti's 10oz Rambler mug (linked below). You can do your own value math since the Yeti is the twice the cost of the RAYMYLO, but the Yeti keeps hot drinks way hotter, way longer PERIOD. If you're a slow sipper, the Yeti might be worth the extra $$$. If you gulp and want to save a little- go for the RAYMLO.Pros:- 12oz. capacity versus some competitors' 10oz.- It looks great! The indigo to black ombre look is really nice- exactly as pictured on the storefront (thus no customer picture!).- The lid fits very tightly and the assembly seals beautifullyCons:- Handle is a little thin and not terribly comfortable in hand- It just doesn't keep liquids hot as long as expected
