I am using it as a thermo bottle for bringing coffee to office. For that, this tumbler works very well. The coffee made in the morning would still be hot enough by lunch time.
I needed this because the new car had ridiculously small cup holders. The tapered bottom works. Comes with an extra straw. The flip top for gulping water is a little stiff but still new. I like that it has a lock on that feature so when it looses up it doesn't pop open unintentionally. I have only used it for cold water. So far so good.
It's great other than being kind of hard to drink from the straw, because of the seal, and the handle is very stiff when it's "locked" on.

I ordered one of these and the flexible joint piece that the straw plugs into was completely plugged. I like the color, so I ordered a replacement but it had the same problem. I do not recommend buying this until they fix the problem with the flexible joint piece that the straw plugs into.
Well insulated. Keeps ice for a few days in a normal climate controlled environment. I wish I’d gotten a simpler lid though. I wanted a drink spout and was under the impression by the pics that it came with different functioning lids. Turns out the straw feature is built in to a 3 function lid.But overall built sturdy and well. Handle makes it easy to carry. Nice locking feature on the cap. I deal with it but wish I’d just found a simple spout.
