LOVE this item and I frequently get compliments on it- I’ve even gifted it! Not shiny gold at all- gorgeous brushed gold. Looks very high end- I could see higher end brands selling this for 3x the price. Such a great purchase and value. Very sturdy. Heavy (not overly heavy, but feels like quality). Great gift idea!
This is a good paper towel stand. It is nicely weighted so it doesn’t tip when you pull a towel off. It is practical, well-designed, and looks nice on the counter. Good value for the money.

It's a bit ridiculous really that I feel this way, but this is the best paper towel holder I have ever owned. Silly, isn't it? Honestly, it looks great, but the real thing is how sturdy and substantial it is. I don't even have to hold it to pull a Viva paper towel off (IYKYK). Even my husband commented on how nice it was to pull off a paper towel without knocking over the holder. Silly, I know, all this nonsense over a paper towel holder, but I love it.
I ordered this paper towels holder for my mother as a gift. It’s attractive & matches her other brushed nickel hardware perfectly. The heavy base is sturdy and helps stabilize removing sheets from the roll. I haven’t had any issues with fitting any of the paper towel rolls I’ve purchased on it. The price is about average compared to similar ones on Amazon ($20 in Brushed Nickel at the time of writing this review). Overall, we’re super happy with this and would highly recommend!
