Great product. I just used this to separate fat from chicken broth that had vegetables. The strainer feature is so useful to catch vegetables. The valve is secure with no leaking at the bottom.  I like how the valve/handle screw’s off from plastic carafe so all parts can be fully washed. The plastic is a very durable strong material and I am sure it will last for a long time. Very happy I bought this.
