The most amazing pan

This last weekend I used it for the first time and omelot No.1 was perfect, as was 2 and 3.I would say they will only get better. No.1 thing make sure it is good and hot and then let it firm up a little before you pull it back. Use the spatula and tilt the pan and if necessary scrape uncooked egg to the open area, repeat a few times, then fold the handle end and roll your accumulated egg over and then go over and over again. Takes about 3 to 4 minutes.BTW, I poured about .6 cups of egg(1/2 cup plus a little bit more) and then sprinkled diced green onion and ham and sprinkled cheese immediately after pouring the egg in. It worked great. I might wait 30 seconds next time.

Don’t let family use it… they will take it!

Had family visit, and my Dad stole my pan…. Every morning he makes eggs at home and I was like why don’t you try my little pan for eggs. Big mistake! The old dude loved it so much he packed it into his suitcase and I had to get a second one!

I'm ditching my omlet maker!

Works exactly as described! I'm not sure why I'm surprised but I am. Totally dumping my omelette maker and keeping this! It comes with the flipper tool too!
