i just got this yesterday so this morning the first test was my fried eggs over easy,no oil..cooked great & slid right out..next, husband's scrambled eggs..same thing! Then just wiped with a paper towel. I'm impressed! As for the handle,you need a small screwdriver to attach or remove it to use in oven. Very easy to do. I didn't get it for the oven, but good to know if I need to anyway. Great price also. Love it!
Finally found the perfect omelette pan! A light spray of Pam and I can jiggle and flip the omelette for a perfect even cook with no sticking whatsoever. Cleanup (after it cools down) doesn’t even require a sponge..just a quick wipe with a dry paper towel and it’s ready for the next time!
I'm very happy with the non-Teflon nonstick performance, flat bottom (so far), and even heating. One star off for minor flaws below.To make it fully useful, I had to order a lid, for $19. Why not include one? Pan heats rather slowly on induction, probably due to inadequate magnetic metal in the bottom, and thick aluminum body. I have to set the power a couple notches higher and wait a bit longer, but that's a fine tradeoff for the even heating and flat bottom that I hope will stay that way. It's advertised as oven compatible, but only with the handle removed. Handle is nicely shaped, and I don't foresee wanting to bake with it, so that's not a big loss.

This pan was defective it did not have a way to secure handle to the pan as such I informed Amazon and sent it back for a refund very disappointed and I do not recommend this product
