Great value
This is awesome. I have had this for over a month now, and couldn't be happier with it. I have made about 20 skull cubes with this now and have had no issues. I love having big ice cubes in my drinks, and this skull ice cube maker fits the bill perfectly. Super easy to use and clean. I wasn't sure what to expect for this price point, but this definitely deserves 5 stars.

One of the best specialty ice molds you’ll buy
This is arguably the best ice mold I’ve ever purchased. The seal is TIGHT and it actually makes solid sculls! It’s easy to fill up with the provided mini funnel, the shape is exactly as described and the ice cubes are super easy to remove. My husband showed this off to literally all of his friends (who were equally impressed). I would say this is a great value for the money spent.

Great to sue with spray foam!
This was such a money saver for my Halloween display. I didn't use this for cake, but I used it with spray foam to create skulls that would otherwise cost me a ton of money. After some trial and error, I found that if I sprayed the inside with a little dish soap and water, the foam came out of the mold very easily. I didn't use the back half because I was putting the skulls on a fire place. Because I used foam, I was able to stick holes through it and put red lights in the eyes. This seems like a great quality and the size is perfect for what I needed. The detail was just what I was looking for. I feel like this thing is going to last forever.100% recommend!!

Worked great and everyone loved my first calavera / skull cake!
My sons girlfriend is from Mexico and I noticed some décor around their home so, I figured I would make a calavera type cake for her b-day.I love this mold but, a little common sense is needed to use it properly. In advance, I am no confectioner or baker and I'm a first time skull cake maker here. You can tell by the pictures, I need a lot of practice!I make three to four cakes a year for grandkids or kids. My imagination however, way surpasses my skills!I had only one tool at hand which helped in the decoration:A Piping bag which I love: https://amzn.to/3G40UX8I used this GREAT gel food coloring that I got here at Amazon:https://amzn.to/3G55kwKI prefer this type because it does not stain and lots of colors.Black was not available at local grocery store either.I used two boxes of cake mix. She likes carrot cake so, I prefer spice cake mix then add 1teas each extra ginger, cinnamon and 2 cups fresh FINE chopped carrots.I ground the carrots up with my favorite little handheld immersion blender / chopper:https://amzn.to/3zls1JwThat thing rocks! Now, I noticed that even though the skull mold is somewhat rigid, I filled it with water to see what happens. It did flatten a bit on the face and the walls expanded so, I put each side into one of these pans I got here on amazon. (a perfect solution, you're welcome!)https://amzn.to/3M34MLII make all of our bread and use these a lot. I love them.Since I was only making the skull face side, I put rice in one of the loaf pans, smashed the skull face in, filled skull with water.. Problem solved! No more deformation, or minimal. (Hiding imperfections is what icing is for!)I sprayed the inside of the mold with cooking spray, then floured well just like making cake in a regular cake pan.I put the bread pans on a cookie sheet, put each side of the mold into its' own loaf pan.Again, smashing the face into the rice.I used a whole box of cake mix in the one side.Baked at 325 for about 50 minutes, (lower temp so it would not make a big hump) then to 350f for another 15 to 20 if memory serves.I use a good fast digital thermometer and pulled the cake when it hit 205f.This thermometer is good and on sale at half off right now! https://amzn.to/3ZvVw67For the bottom half of my attempt at a calavera cake, I used an 8" pan (with handles) I also got here on Amazon: https://amzn.to/3ZsIje3I made two round ones actually, one for the skull base, and one for me. (leftover icing needed a home!)Well, after about two hours of fidgeting around, mixing icing colors and decorating off the cuff, it did not turn out too badly.Note: for teeth, I put a little white icing in a cup and nuked it for 15 seconds, then poured onto teeth.I put the finished cake into my new high tech cake transporter unit:https://amzn.to/42QcKOh (A MUST HAVE)and off it went to the birthday girl!I had no issues with this mold at all but, I do wish it was more rigid. It came rolled up and zip tied in a rectangular box about the size of two spaghetti boxes. It opened up perfectly, no issues.Another note: I am buying one of these now for the next cake I make:https://amzn.to/40OGiduSo, I can run a bead around the cake without stopping so much.Another note: Do not drink a pot of coffee before you do this. Your icing lines will be far less shaky than mine were!Hope this helps someone!

Good mold for Halloween
Good quality and easy to use. The kids loved the themed stuff pepperoni rolls we made for their party.

Great!
The mold worked great for pizza skulls and they were easy to get out since I sprayed it with non-stick spray. The ones in the second photo were uncooked but it made the skulls look scarier! Some of them leaked (user error with the pizza dough lol) but it still wasn't difficult to wash. It feels like pretty thick, sturdy silicone. I used a cookie sheet underneath in the oven for extra stability.

Spooky Skeleton Mold!
This was perfect for our Halloween party! I used prosciutto and a cream cheese dip and placed on a vegetable tray. They looked pretty spooky!
