Great for Musubi!!
Born and raised in Hawaii, moving to the mainland, I can’t just drive to the store to pick up some spam musubi’s. So I have to make my own every single time I’m craving.The spam slicer is actually perfect! It sliced the spam quickly and evenly. It was easy to use and clean.The molds are a little bit bigger than the nori I use. I use the sheets cut in half. I usually like my nori covering the whole musubi but this doesn’t bother me!These molds are acrylic and the rice doesn’t stick which I love! They’re super easy to use and worth what I paid since you get two molds plus a slicer.

One of the cutting wires broke after trying to cut through a block of Spam I should have let thaw a little longer, but that's mostly user error and I bought the exact same on to replace it.Dishwasher safe, make it easy to use.

Pour quality - broken in box
Arrived broken, but was still technically usable. The handles for the press arrived snapped off, very weak glue was used. We can still use the presses, but the handle to remove the press itself needs to be re-glued.

Beautiful!
This worked beautifully for a first-time Musubi maker! The slicer was a nice bonus for uniform pieces. Decided I really dislike Spam, but knew that was possible going into it as I haven't had it in many years. However, I plan to def try with more wholesome foods to make other musubi-like rolls. Thinking chicken sausages, shrimp, cucumber, avocado, crab, raw fish. Possibilities are endless. My husband I had great fun trying it out together and plan to make more rolls. Highly recommended!
