The molds work as designed. I have a bake shop and are using the molds for various items. God for some cakes, frozen desserts, and etc. Clean up work is easy. Just turn inside out with cavity down and place on top shelf of dishwasher.

These are a perfect bit size treat! I made several mini cheese cakes (I mad this wonderful Ferrero Rocher Cheesecake too, Oh Lord yes, with Nutella, Ferrero Rocher, Oreo base....so wonderful because not too chocolate) and individual brownies for my daughters grad party and her friends parties! I loved them so much,YES I bought more to cook more!! Yep, so easy to cook with and so easy to clean, I loved my first set I ended up buying another. Use both sides to cook with. YEP you can do that! I love cooking with these. Individual size and easy to clean. Enjoy!!
