Look nice and clean up easily
These placemats look really nice and give the table a clean, finished look. The light blue color is subtle and elegant, and the faux leather texture feels soft but durable. They lay flat right out of the package and clean up easily with just a quick wipe. They hold up well to spills and heat from plates without staining or warping. However, they had a strong chemical smell which I couldn’t tolerate, so I had to stick them out in the garage until the stench wore off (about a week before I could tolerate the off-putting smell). The placemats have a triangular pattern on them which compliments my tablecloth and lights, and they look very nice together. It does seem that the quality of these is such that they will hold up well to everyday use. They obviously aren’t fancy looking placemats, but they do their job. I’m pleased with them at this point, but because of the smell they initially emit, I probably wouldn’t order them again. But for those that don’t have an issue with them having a chemical odor upon unpackaging them, they are otherwise of good quality.

Nice quality
These placemats are really nice, they feel well made and I love the way they look on my dinner table, that mats have a pretty decent thickness to them and the size is plenty big enough for a standard size dinner plate and full set of silverware, the mats are also super easy to wipe clean, I am very happy with these placemats and for the price in my opinion it's a good value.

These faux leather placemats are true to color (sage green) and have an attractive woven pattern that makes them look as if they're made from fine linen. The mats are thick and heavy, so they not only stay in place but also can easily handle plates of hot food. While the front side is patterned, the back side is plain and flat, as you can see from the photos. Cleaning is easy with a quick wipe of a wet cloth. I'm not sure, though, if over time these placemats might absorb sauces and stain. So far they have held up well. For understated yet lovely everyday placemats, these are of great quality!
