These mugs are so pretty that I often think about how pretty they are when I use them even though I've had them a year and a half. They are an eye-catcher! The best part is they are very light. The double wall does keep drinks hotter for a little longer than other mugs. They are pretty durable, but just don't drop them on the floor, as they shatter into a lot of pieces and it's not fun to clean up. I accidentally knocked one off my desk because I hit the handle and because the mug is so light, it didn't take much to send it flying. These would make a great gift for coffee and tea lovers. The lip is pretty thick because of the double wall so I find it difficult to drink from them and sometimes spill liquid into my keyboard because of it. I put up with this because they are so pretty.

They are NOT 13 ounce capacity.

I love the look and feel of these mugs and they do keep my coffee or tea hot for a considerable amount of time. However, they are supposed to hold 13 ounces but only hold 10. I specifically ordered the 13 ounce so I would have room for creamer.
