I have nothing but good things to say about the cups and JoyJolt. They look nice and are heavy duty, and just the right size for my morning caffeine jolt. This morning, I noticed a small vertical crack in one of the mugs. I contacted JoyJolt and told them about it. They responded almost immediately and will be sending me a replacement. Great product, great customer service.
I was SO excited to get these. I love a nice big coffee cup! Another reviewer mentioned they came dirty/cloudy with fingerprints and she was right. Yuck! Of course I was gonna wash before use anyway, so whatever. They came packed fine, so it seemed, one had a huge blemish, it was a large roundish scratch and I was gonna live with it because they are a good looking cup, but then one was broken too! Ugh. So disappointed. Oh well. I'm returning them. Just wanted to add to this review that the seller made it right and refunded me promptly. I bumped it up to 5 stars because honestly, while it was unfortunate about the damage, they are beautiful cups! I don't think anyone could be disappointed with the look and accurate size of this cup.

Great quality and design, perfect size for ice coffees, keeps a cool touch, can be used for any drinks, I use for hot and cold coffees, ice water, juice etc. I did have a few break on me not sure what was up there but I think they last quite nicely overall.
If this model is double walled, be wary of leaks between the two walls especially lf using a dishwasher.
These are great. They hold a 10 cup easy from a keurig could probably hold more. They’re thick and on the heavy side but I like that.
These are not microwave safe. The company was really good to work with and was going to send a replacement but when I asked why the cup cracked open in the first place they asked if I put it in the microwave and then told me they aren’t microwave safe. I assumed they would be because it says it is for hot and cold drinks but they aren’t. They told me the double walled glass mugs are microwave safe.
