Can be tricky to use but is a great product
Use it for daily smoothies. Works great, had some problems when I first bought it because I didnt line it up right on the motor. After figuring that issue out I haven't had any other issues.For everyone out there, that says it worked for a little while then stopped or it didn't work at all, you have to put the blades on your motor in the correct direction or you won't engage the safety button. Under the blades you will see a small screw, this screw holds the tab that pushes the safety on the motor so the blades don't turn without a cup on it. My tab was a little stiff so I had to pull it out the first time I put the base on wrong. The cup is supposed to hold the tab out but mine was too stiff and was just squishing the rubber o-ring. Hope this helps.It's a product worth keeping.

Love the 32oz. size, it’s pretty perfect for morning green smoothies.
The 16oz. Cup that comes with the kitchen Professional series is just too small for a medium morning smoothie so this was an amazing find. Except- It sometimes grinds, squeals and then smokes. It’s extremely sensitive and has to be put on perfectly, or else. I wish it was 100% but it’s not. It’s very useful, perhaps they’ll fix this issue in the future. Idk. I pour my smoothie into this cup almost everyday I wish I could make the smoothie in it. Right now, I’m to nervous to try again. It doesn’t smoke or squeal every time it’s 40/60 (y/n) . NINJA should do better. I love my NINJA so I’ll keep trying. Good luck 🍀Update:From 3 stars Down to 1 star because of the cup.. I just tried it again and it smoked. Keeping the cup and tossing the blade. SO DISAPPOINTED, I’m off to find a new medium size 32oz. blender.. sigh. I can’t recommend this, sorry. 😞

Great attachment to use with my Ninja Blender. The Smoothie cups and attachment that came with the blender are only 16 oz., this 32 oz cup and attachment are a much better size. Bought a second unit so i could make multiple different flavored smoothies. Definitely highly recommend!

Works well, after replacement.
After a bad experience with the first one of these, I returned it for a replacement and couldn't be happier with it. If you get a screeching noise when you're using it, make sure that the teeth are meshing with the gear in the blender. If not, you probably need a new one.
