Good product
Good Quality
Good pans muffin came out easy.
Love them , easy to wash
This 2-pack of nonstick, 6 cup muffin tins perfectly complements the 12-cup steel pans I already have from a famous maker. They appear to be of equal quality and these have the added non-stick finish, which makes cleanup so much easier. Do note the product description says handwashing preferred. I'm not sure whether this is to protect the coating or to prevent rust, but I'll keep them out of the dishwasher just to be safe.I love the larger sized cups. I will use mine for more main course level roasting and baking instead of desserts, however. So far I've made smashed crispy cheesy bacon potatoes, and I've poached some eggs in my steam oven. They're perfect for baking up multiple servings where the ingredients could run before being set. They heat evenly and quickly, and hold heat well. This is also something to note. If you're used to silicone or aluminum muffin tins, watch your cooking time. These heat up fast and transfer heat well, and they also hold the heat longer when removed from the oven. This means you could still burn something even after pulling it out and putting it on a cooling rack. I recommend scooping everything out with a suitably sized silicone serving spoon or spatula as soon as they come out of the oven. Maybe this is just obvious to everyone or people have better timing, but I've ruined the bottoms of muffins in my smaller steel set for this reason. They do wash up easily, at least so far in limited use. The non-stick surface seems to be good quality that will last. A drop of soap for any grease and a quick wipe, and I'm done. For most pans, I'll let them soak a while before cleaning in the sink, but that wasn't necessary for these. Take this with a grain of...something. I didn't burn anything on too badly, and I was careful not to scratch the surface with utensils. Either of these things could make cleanup harder. These are not the cheapest pans out there, but given the quality, I think the value is pretty good.
