This roaster cooked evenly and held a 23lb turkey with plenty of room. I'm still giving a five star the only downfall is it could use a handle on top. The handles are on the side wasn't bad but had to pull the whole pan out to check meat. overall great pan.
We made a 23 lb turkey for the first time in this pan. It fits perfect and it came out very juicy. The meat was falling off the bone. Kept it covered for 5 hrs at 350 degrees! Awesome for cooking meat in the oven. Definately recommend.
This roasting pan is not non stick proof! However it cooks very well and is a nice size. My turkey was 20 pounds and it fit nicely. . What i like most about this roasting pan, is that you can also use the roasting pan top and bottom as 2 separate roasters. You can also use it on the stove top.
Bought this to cook a 23lbs turkey. Although the reviews say otherwise, the lid did not close the entire way so that was annoying. Other than that, easy to clean and very durable.
