Heavy duty small oven mitts!
I got these Kate Spade oven mitts in black because I absolutely can not keep pot holders or oven mitts looking clean no matter how much I wash them. These have a nice flexible silicone underside that lets you grip hot dishes safely. They seem plenty heavy duty enough to handle the hottest pot or pan that you may be removing from the oven or stovetop. And the quality of the fabric and stitching seem very good.These mitts come about to your wrist depending on the size of your hands and for the most part I think that will be sufficient. However if you are handling something that might splatter, these may not offer enough protection. But for everyday general use they are great. I like that they take up less space in my drawer.I recommend these if you are looking for small oven mitts!

Cute & comfortable oven mitts
I'm a long time believer of over gloves, I usually use these mitts types for an extra hand to lift something with a glovemitt on my other one. I decided to try these out by themselves and off the bat I liked how they felt! They felt comfortable and steady, I'm a man with medium sized hands and they felt sturdy and wouldn't slip off my hands.Feel: The inside is cotton like a blanket and the outside hands is heat resistant silicone with a cute flower pattern. Inside is cute as well, quilted cotton pattern and the stitching is tough and smooth. It feels durable and comfortable and that's all you need in a mitt.Usability: The silicone is grippy, and the pattern provides some extra pivots for more grip and handling which I found does very well on my air fryer baskets. Using one handed is more stable than I would have thought, though using both is definitely the better thing to do but I was impressed I could do everything I normally do one handed by shaking the tray and putting it in and out of the air fryer and oven! The silicone is waterproof but the cotton is not so I would be careful around water, but it is washing machine safe!These are definitely Kate Spade ish style oven mitts, I got the bright red outside and pink inside and it looks clean, bright, and they feel great to use!

A bit too rigid.
This is a nice set of oven mitts. They fit good, offer superb protection and look nice. The only downside is that they are so beefy, I lose some dexterity when gripping. When I curl my fingers to grab a pan, they curl up inside the glove while the glove remains rigid. I find I have to keep my digits straight and pinch my thumb to them to actually grip anything. That has taken some getting use to. Otherwise - a nice pair of mitts. 4 Stars.

These Will Keep You Cool!
As oven mitts go, these may be some of the best we've ever had!The silicone inner surface does a great job of keeping fingers cool, as does the insulated fabric body. Construction is solid, with good stitching and overall construction. The green color is bright and vibrant, and adds a nice little bit of flare to our kitchen.No, these aren't full length mitts, but for grabbing hot pans out of the oven they're perfect!

Yes, it's Kate Spade and nice. But these are very small.
The name brand is a nice thing to have if you're in to that aspect of kitchen goods. But I have to say that these are small in the length department. Width wise, heat protection is what I expect out of an oven mitt, but use these for handling hot items that won't splatter as you hold them. They pretty much just cover your hands. Other oven mitts you find here and elsewhere go up the forearm and provide better splash damage.These are good quality and function well for what they are. Just bear in mind they don't provide extended coverage.
