Tried this upon a recommendation from my daughter and it works! I get bread through Wildgrains subscription service and needed a better preservation method once I cooked it since I do not eat bread every day. I dont know why, but it lasted the longest and the quality was better than any other method I tried. They are expensive but work and are easy to clean.

The bag works great. It was smaller than I thought, but it does accommodate one sourdough loaf. I’ve had a cut loaf in the bag for about a week, and the bees wax interior does a great job. It opens easily, so it’s easy to use. It appears to be made well. The exterior cotton material is very nice. Cleaning it is as easy as turning it inside out and shaking the crumbs out. I’d get it again if I needed another.
We have switched to natural products and make our own bread now. This is a great option for our bread storage. Made from natural products and keeps our bread fresh! Will be buying more!
The bag is of high quality and is as stated. The white and green check pattern looks good on the counter. I like the ability to tie and condense the size. It does seem to help keep the bread slightly fresher, and certainly the exposed end. I’m not completely convinced yet that my wife’s homemade bread tastes significantly better in the bag or not.
