If you want something thats quick and easy and makes a great espresso, This is a winner hands down, However it has one potentially dangerous flaw, It has no auto shut off that i can tell, If you turn the dial to brew, make your cup and be on your way, it will sit there and keep heating even with no water, I accidentally did this and didn't notice til i got back to the office on Monday, so this thing was hot the whole time, Now this is definitely a my bad, but most items that deal with high temperatures have some sort of safety shut off
