I used this to grind tomatoes, eggplant, and red bell peppers. It worked fantastically well! It is easy to setup, easy to clean, and comes with easy to understand instructions which explain the various parts that come with it. This is my first time using a grinder and I'm very happy with it and the results. It was also very easy to take apart and clean up.Warning: Do not use hot water on the parts! I do not know why, but this was on a sticker on a part which I noticed after I started to rinse it.... under totally cold, and certainly not hot water...One down side, is it very loud. i wish it could be quieter. I would say it is not as loud as an our blender (which I have to wear ear protection around) but it is loud enough that it is quite annoying and you won't be having conversations around it.
