Great pot holders

I love the silicone addition to these hot pads. They protect from heat and give a good grip to heavy pans. I got some new pans to try sheet pan cooking at high temps. Most use a 400-425 degree oven. I had some heavy cotton oven mitts but the first time I tried to remove the hot sheet pan from the oven I could feel the heat seeping through. The heat does not seep through the pads and mitts. I love the color too. The size is good too. The pads are large enough to grip pot handles easily and the oven mitts are long enough to protect my arms when reaching into a hot oven. The grip is great for flat surfaces but using finger tips like opening the oven door is a little hard. I haven't had them long enough to need to wash them but the description says they are washable.

These are everything I hoped they would be; not too heavy, great silicone grip, great color, the mitts are long enough that I don’t worry about those pesky arm burns when taking things out of the oven, and even when I have had to handle hot pans for longer than I expected, I’ve never felt any heat coming through.
