Good Quality Alternative to Pricier Options
I am overall very pleased with this item. It looks good on my desk at work and works exactly as advertised to help keep my tea warm far longer than it takes me to finish a mug.The build quality feels sturdy, with a heavy base and rubber on the bottom, which keeps the mug from moving around or tipping over. It charges with no issues when the mug is placed on the base, and is secure sitting on the base (whether full or empty).I really enjoy the haptic feedback that indicates when the mug is turned on or off. I used the middle temperature setting, and this seemed to maintain a good temperature that did cool slowly with the lid off. Using the included lid keeps the drink very warm.The coating on the cup seems consistent and sturdy from my use so far. It also looks attractive on my desk.One suggestion to the manufacturer would be to add a memory function, so that it would return to the same temp setting when turned on the next day.I have not yet used the app, but will update with any feedback after I do. Based on my usage of the mug so far, I do not see a need to use the app as it works perfectly without it

Great!
This cup has absolutely elevated my coffee! I used to get up at least once mid-cup to nuke it because I like hot coffee. This keeps my coffee hot no matter how long it takes me to drink it! I can even heat up my milk if i remember to put it in the cup ahead of time!A few minor issues I've noticed 2 months into ownership. I got the lavender color and it has gotten a little stained on the inside bottom. It will curdle my alternate dairy creamer if i leave just the creamer on high. its easy to turn off the cup by picking it up wrong. And weirdly, sometimes it seems to turn itself off when I put it on the charger. I think if i turn it on when its not on the charger, it turns off when i set it down, but if i turn it on while its on the charger, it doesnt do that.But 2 months on its doing great and i keep thinking of getting the travel much 20 oz one so i can have hot coffee at work too! (i bring my coffee in a thermal mug which keeps it tepid . . . . )

I like it a lot
If I could, I'd give it 4.7 stars, with MINOR deductions:- somehow, the mouthfeel for me is not perfect, not like ceramic.- the on/off button works a little weird. When it seems off to me, I do a HOLD on it, and it turns off. Another HOLD and it turns on, then click to a heat setting. Not a big deal, and I can adjust, I bet.ON THE OTHER HAND, I'm giving it 5 stars, cuz:- keeps the coffee hot!- Bluetooth app actually works, and you can turn cup on/off and set desired temperature level. You can even adjust what desired 3 temperature levels are with the app.- Charger is simple enough -- just drop it on. (But, they warn you to dry it off first... good idea).- Seems to run for 3 hours with no issue.I've found that it has changed my routine. I would often plan around my coffee getting cold, and now I just know I can start the one cup coffee, turn on my cup, then go do something that I might get distracted and not come back for an hour, and coffee is ready and hot.

Decent, with some deficiencies
Have had several different brands of similar heated coffee mugs and this one has some drawbacks. The main issue I’ve had is that this mug is the first that seems unable to get the beverage to reach its set temperature. Temperature achieved is very inconsistent. The app has limited usefulness and unlike others, it doesn’t allow you to set the temperature directly; rather it forces you to pick a temperature from within one of three different ranges. I would prefer an option to set all lights off when charging (for nighttime room darkening) but it seems like the blue charge indicator lights must always be on when the mug is on the charging base. It does a decent job for the basic purpose of keeping a beverage warm, subject to my prior comments about temperature inconsistency.
