Sturdy, Rust-Resistant, and Perfect for Everyday Use
This utensil drying rack is excellent quality and exactly what I was looking for. The 304 stainless steel construction feels solid, durable, and truly rust-resistant, even with daily exposure to water. It holds spoons, forks, knives, and cooking utensils securely without tipping over. The design is practical and space-efficient, making it easy to place next to the sink without cluttering the counter. Water drains well, so utensils dry quickly and don’t sit in pooled water. I also appreciate how easy it is to clean—just a quick rinse and wipe, and it looks brand new again. It’s sturdy enough to handle heavier utensils and stays stable even when fully loaded. The simple, clean look fits well in any kitchen and feels much higher quality than plastic alternatives.Overall, this is a well-made, functional, and reliable utensil drying rack that does its job perfectly. Great value for the price and highly recommended for everyday kitchen use.

Excellent design and well-built
This is a well-designed and well-made product. Utensils don't fall through the bottom or the sides.

Great, apart from one annoying thing
This is rack really nice, apart from one feature. As others have noted, there needs to be metal on each side of the bottom of the middle compartment, like the other two compartments have, or at least some vertical bars there, as the utencils slip under this middle section. I may try to find some stainless steel screws and install them through the bottom holes of the rack to these areas to provide more of a barrier and see if that works.

Perfect fit for my needs
I do love the utensil holder. I had recently bought a dish drainer for the counter that was very different from what I had been using for about 20 years. The old one was all one piece of plastic with solid sides that was raised on an angle to drain into the sink. The utensil holder was built in to the drainer and was pretty large. When I finally got tired of scrubbing the plastic, I decided to go the traditional route with a metal drainer. I like the new drainer, but the utensil holder that came with it was plastic and way too small, but was removable. Realizing that I may be able to get a separate holder, I searched to find one with a good review. Seems there are many out there that rust almost immediately. This one had very favorable comments, so I purchased from Amazon. It came in a very timely manner and I was pleased that it had a mesh metal floor to the holder that would prevent small items from slipping through. I did have a moment of confusion when I realized that the holder was too tall to hook on the side of the drainer, INSIDE the drainer. (See photo) It would still stand, but would tip when full of utensils. So I tried it on the OUTSIDE of the drainer. But then, it was over the counter, and would drain onto the counter and not into the sink. (See other photo) So finally, I tried it on the outside of the drainer on the SINK side. It hung far enough from the drainer to not get in the way of the water draining out from the dishes, and was stable enough to not tip when full of utensils. Problem solved. And you can see from the photo that I still have the plastic holder that came with the drainer set for small knives and such... but the new metal one holds plenty of utensils. Thank you for a great design that is just what I needed.

Five stars for quality....but, measure your drainer and sink....
Ordered in mid-April, it arrived timely. It is exactly as described and I LOVE it. It is sturdy good quality stainless steel, and as described and pictured. IMO the price is fair.It did not work with our existing dish drainer rack that sits IN our sink, as the utensil basket is deeper than the drain rack so it would not hook over the edge. Also our drain rack sides slope inwards a bit which would have made the utensil rack hang awry if used hooked onto it. At first I thought I would just sit it on the sink beside the faucet since it will stand alone. However, I did not like it there and thought I might knock it over. Our drain rack does not take up the entire space in our sink so I was able to wedge the basket between the end of the drain rack and the back side of the sink. It is wedged firmly and does not move until l am ready to take it out and clean it. It has not scratched our stainless steel sink.Cleaning is easy enough...but our water is hard and leaves mineral buildup around joints so I have to take a small brush to it to get the utensil basket shiny at the joints again. The rest of it stays nicely shiny. This does not have to be done often and is just a small annoyance. There is not one spec of rust visible on this basket yet.I do not find that the basket often allows utensils to slip through at the sides - a complaint that a few reviewers have had. I am precise though in placing utensils in it so have only once in three months had a problem with a paring knife coming out a space at one end. I see no reason for the side spaces to be any smaller than they are.I do recommend this nice utensil basket and I will definitely buy another if this one gets too icky, but I expect it will last a long time based on my experience with it to date.
