Awesome niche coffee maker. I only use this for the creama feature and I have loved the exceptional quality of my coffee. You have to adjust the bottom support, it is adjustable, as they mention the creama works better the closer the mug is to the dispenser. I picked this up on the slightly used price and it worked great. Keurig ingenuity for the win! Coffee heroes! I’m hoping they will come out with a ristretto feature in the future.

Keurig's first DUD.
I have waited a long time to get this coffee maker. I bought the fill yourself pods specific for the machine but the machine would not accept them. Once the lever/arm got stuck halfway and I had to work on it for a minute to get it to release. I was so afraid the arm would break. This coffee maker claims to produce a crema when the pressure is used. I tried several brands of Keurig coffee pods and got no crema at all. One cup of coffee looked like weak tea or dirty water. All-in-all, I was so disappointed and frustrated. I had preordered this coffee maker and was really excited to get it, only to find out it was a dud. I am returning it. Back to my Ninja Coffee maker and my $39 Keurig. Keurig has a great reputation for quality products. I'm afraid this one's a DUD. Back to the drawing board.

K-Crema is excellent. Not cheap, but worth every cent!
My girlfriend originally made me aware of it and I considered the advertising, etc. a bit of an exaggeration, "crema" and stuff... guys may understand. However, after receiving it, I must admit... I ONLY drink my coffee from the "pressure" option now. For one, it uses REGULAR k-cups (not expensive and confusingly coded Nespresso pods, for instance), so no changes there (nice), but most importantly... for example a 10oz cup of "pressure" made coffee was significantly more flavorful than the 8 oz. cup of (already pretty good) Keurig coffee maker coffee... That's how I drink my coffee every time now. The machine works very quietly AND promptly, the water reservoir is very well sized. In all, we are extremely happy with this purchase and the coffee is excellent.

Good but first one broke within 2 weeks
This is great and really like the new pressure settings. The first one quite working about 2 weeks in, exchanged it and so far so good. But note that it does NOT make the same cream as a real espresso machine but the new lavaza espresso k-cups are decent in this machine.

Home Run!
Coffee brews quickly and, unlike other "pod" style makers we've used, comes out hot. Easy to use, LOVE the options...with crema, without crema, single or double shot expresso, regular coffee...all bases covered and covered well. The coffee tastes great, unit looks good, great water carafe design (with handle). Keurig hit the ball out of the park with this coffee maker. We've had this for just a few days and can't speak to the longevity of this coffee maker...but the design and quality of construction seems solid! Very pleased with this purchase.

It made coffee...
Worked for about a month. Then it failed with no pressure to even make a regular cup. Nice quick machine, but breaks easily. They have authorized a replacement to come after receiving the old one back. Keurig is paying for shipping, but doesn't trust people enough to just send a replacement machine out. If the replacement breaks ,we're done with Keurig as a system. It's been great coffee, but all the machines we've had failed early. They do know how to make good machines in their commercial division but for us regular home brewers, we get over priced nice looking but weak units. We've had 5 machines over the years. Good luck on yours.
