No mo' travel water woes

I thought these would be great for a convalescing senior who declined them. I handwashed them 20 days after delivery and contemplating whether or not to return them. These are keepers for sure. I like the size, colors, and the fact that they hold a true 12 ozs. They fit quite well in the cup holder, just know that the outer silicone insulator can make it a wee bit snug. I had what i thought was an issue with leakage, however, it turned out not to be valid. I tested both bottles to find that each is, in fact, leakproof. I will test temperature with a cup of tea and update my review when I do. So far, impressive.

Suspect Plastic Durability

The plastic cap durability is quite poor. Our 4 year old dropped it about a foot and a half from the ground and the plastic lid cracked and now the bottle leaks. The metal body container part seems better built and more durable but what is the point if I cannot use the product as whole. I would be more lenient for my score but it seems they do not sell black cap replacements. Disappointed.Edit:Customer Service reached out and offered a refund which was very kind and responsive of them. My rating has gone up for excellent customer service.
