This is beautiful silverware. I love the hammered design. Very classy. It is nice and heavy, but not so much that it would be difficult for a child to handle. The little bit of a "dip" in the handle makes it easy to grip. The set was very modestly priced . The set presents itself like a set that would be much more expensive. I would highly recommend this silverware.
We wanted to replace our wedding silverware and this pattern was very similar but actually was a higher grade and slightly lighter than our old Nicole Miller set. We were just trying to replace a few pieces that have gotten lost but we ended up just buying the entire set as a full replacement. They washed nicely and are super shiny! The only disappointment is the smallest spoon is not that small so we had to keep our old small spoons from the previous set. I wish they had matching serving pieces! We bought similar ones from a different company that were the hammered pattern.

Nice heavy polished flatware. Seems to be dishwasher safe. They can occasionally slip off your plate or bowl due to their weight and shape but I got used to it quickly. Other brands sell completely rounded versions for less money but these oval handles are more dexterous. I received a set for 7 but seller sent another set within a week. They don't sell matching utensils but there are other brands that are a decent match to the hammered finish.
