These things are amazing whether you’re making hamburger patties or you buy a bulk pack of ground beef, and weigh out 1 pound and wrap it with freezer paper. I highly recommend them for the price and as much as you get, you can’t go wrong.
Perfect size for smash burgers on the griddle. I only get one burger per sheet,,,,maybe two at times. But I like it that way. I put them in an open top box for easy access. They slide out one at a time easily. Smash burgers are a quick way to cook so these sheets work perfectly. Not much else to say.
These papers work great for pressing patties but that's where it ends. After being vacuum sealed and frozen, these papers end up pretty much like wet tissue paper and have to picked off the patties in shreds. I left them on the patties during freezing to keep the patties separate. There may be a trick to it that I'm missing
I was happy to find these Patty Papers at a reasonable price. They are just the right size (5.5” square) and easy to use. They separate well, are flexible and never stick to the food.
Good quality.
These patty papers are the right size, easy to pick up and use, and easy to get off the burgers. I make 28 burgers a week for my grandson, and these are the best! Double them between the patties for easier release.
