I just received my knife today, I am excited and had to write a review. I have many much more high end knives from many name brands. I have not even used this knife yet so I cannot comment on durability. I got the 10100 Chefs knife and on first impression I must say it is as sharp as any knife I own at a tiny fraction of the cost.
