I’m on a restricted diet, so I cook at home constantly and because of that, I’ve gone through more knives than I’d like to admit. This set is honestly one of the best knife sets I’ve owned.First off, they’re beautiful in person. The white handles look clean and modern, and the knives have a really sleek, high-end feel without being overly flashy. They look great sitting out on the counter.But the real reason I love them is how well they perform. Every knife in the set is very sharp, and they cut smoothly without feeling like you have to fight the blade. Amazing Quality for an Economical Price
My hobby is cooking and I’m kind of a snob when it comes cookware and kitchen utensils. OK, you could even call me bougie. I have a set of ridiculously expensive knives that I adore and that I don’t let my husband touch, lol. So , I decided I would order these and maybe get rid of the 30 year old cheap run of the mill set that I let him use. Honestly for this price, and with no name recognition, I wasn’t expecting a lot. When I opened the box and took the first one out, I was pleasantly surprised that they were forged and that they are a really nice weight. They are really attractive. I use the chef’s knife and the Santoku most often so when I prepared dinner that evening I tried them out. They easily glided through some chicken. The balance is spot on and the knife felt great in my hand. They’ve been used multiple times in the past couple of weeks and they are holding their edge nicely. I roasted a whole chicken last night and my husband cut it up today and he says he prefers these to the ones that I have been so stingy with, lol.Be aware part of the listing says they are dishwasher safe, but elsewhere says to handwash and I would definitely recommend that to keep them sharp and pristine.They didn’t come with a block, but I luckily have room in mine and they are now proudly displayed right next to my precious ones, lol.I really hope to see a bread knife and a set of steak knives from this company in the future. I definitely recommend this set, even if you’re a little bit bougie, too.

Fantastic set of kitchen knives
I first want to say that I am not a cook. I do not enjoy cooking. My kitchen is woefully understocked in terms of useful tools. I think the last knife I purchased was at Target in the early 2000s (black handle in the picture). I have been sharpening it, but there is only so much sharpening you can do to a big box store knife before it becomes unusable. So when I saw these knives and that price point, I jumped at the chance to upgrade my kitchen experience. Sadly, I don't think these knives will turn me into a chef. But they will help me not hate cooking as much as I do.These knives are sharp, and the balance was actually really nice. These feel sturdy, and I had no trouble cutting through various vegetables and proteins with them. The price point for all of these knives is less than one super fancy knife from a specialty store, which makes this set a great bargain for those just starting to build their kitchen experience, or for those of us who would rather do anything else but cook.As another reviewer stated, knives should not go in the dishwasher, no matter what the directions/manufacturers state. It dulls the blade. One of the reasons my old knife lasted so long is that I hand-washed that thing every stinking time.

Sharp knife set with beautiful design without being too thin or too heavy, solid build
These are amazing to use, every single one of them are amazing. They cut through everything smoothly and can see that it’ll take a long time before needing to sharpen these. I also appreciate that the tips and sharp edges don’t feel fragile either (you know what I’m talking about) and seem to have been sharpened really well to where it’s not too thin, but just right.I think the only thing that I found myself just a little bugged about is some parts of the handles are not completely perfect where the ABS meets the steel, the steel has tiny tiny chip defects on the handles and can just barely be felt if you do run your finger over that handle part, which in most cases, hardly anyone does lol but it’s just a small oversight I like to notice when looking at crafted things. It wasn’t 100% machined “perfectly” and it’s ok because the value of these knives are well worth it, and it’s more about the quality of the blades than the handles. But the handles themselves have a great grip that’s near ergonomic so I can’t ding anything. Again, just something I noticed lol.Overall, highly recommend, these are wonderful as a housewarming gift or for yourself or someone you know who’s in need of an upgraded/new set of beautiful kitchen knives. Great product that delivers well!

Very nice knives at an excellent price point
This knife set is a great set for the starter foodie or a nice upgrade for the average home cook. The knives are well-balanced, feel sturdy and are sharp out of the box. They can be used with either a pinch or pistol grip. The handles are overall well-machined with a couple of tiny flaws where the ABS joins the metal, but they do not affect the use of the knives. Despite the ad claims, all knives should be hand-washed and immediately towel-dried if you want them to last. These come attractively packaged and are suitable for gifting, and this set costs considerably less than similar-performing name-brand knives that I have owned over the years. Wish there was a bread knife, though. Very well-priced at $60 for the set.
