this is my first set of really nice knives. I was super excited to get to use them. they are super sharp Ive never had a knife that i didnt have to saw through the meat. I am so happy that we paid a little bit more for this. it was definetly worth the money for these. I havent had a tip break. they sit nicely in the block on my countertop. These are the prettiest sharpest most useable knives i have ever owned
I had a few very minor miscommunication concerns I brought to the seller and they took care of it immediately! Used the knifes after Christmas of course and they are the best knifes that we have had in our kitchen. Best I’ve put my hands on! I actually may order a few more as gifts. Do not look further, just buy these. Obviously I’ve only had them for a few weeks, but I cook every single day and knives are used daily. We hand wash, dry, and put away immediately. With the price spent I do not want a dishwasher to touch these knives. I can see how these should last a long time.Knife holder: knife holder is very well built, it is solid, heavy, real wood, sturdy on the counter.Packaging: packing is good. I feel with such sharp knife’s they could package better to protect the blades. The blades are so sharp that they were cutting through the protectors. I did not have any damage but I can see where their could potentially be damage to some that order.Holder to knife: we unwrapped each individual knife and placed in holder to find one spare place for a knife. I’m not sure if I’m missing one as I’m away from the knife’s right now and could count them to confirm. Noticed this and remembered while writing review.Wood handles: the wooden handles of the knife’s are very well balanced, extremely smooth and comfortable. You will not find a more comfortable knife overall.No concerns after using the knifes and Being able to have them for a little bit.
These are the best knives

I just love these knives, they are the best ones I’ve ever had yet but they do scratch really easily. I wash them by hand only and dry them right away. Just make sure you use the softest dishcloth you have cause even the ones with the little light scrubber side on them will scratch the metal surface of the knives. Otherwise the wooden handles are awesome and the knife block is holding up well. Great knives, very sharp, otherwise no problems and I use them several times a day.
