The knives are great

I like the items in this set. The two knives are real slick and sharp. I keep one in my desk at work, for whenever I bring in an item that the plastic knives in the breakroom don't work.Cons: The peeler is ok, but it just isn't smooth when I peel my fruits. It doesn't flow, and it removes the peel in smaller sections.The peeler and the knives feel good in my hand. I don't feel like I'm going to break them when applying force. They have been a nice add to my kitchen.

Very sharp, nice grip handle, cleans easily.

The larger knife with the 5” blade is a good size for most larger cutting needs. However, the paring knife is the one that I expect to use on a regular basis. Ours is a family size of two so the sizes of what we use the knives for is relatively small. I’m looking forward to trying out the vegetable peeler as I have yet to find one that is easy to use and I’m hoping that this one will fit the bill. Overall a nice set with sharp edges and easy grip handles. I would suggest washing them individually by hand to maintain their condition.

Ceramic Knife and Peeler set

This little set is handy to put in your travel kit so you can have a decent knife and peeler in your Air BnB or VRBO or hotel room, or it is also great for those just setting up housekeeping in a dorm room or apartment. I like the ceramic blades as they keep a good edge without a lot of upkeep. This set has 2 sizes of knives--1 is like a chef knife and the other is smaller, like a paring knife. It also comes with a fruit and veggie peeler which is super handy and effective. This is the 3rd such set of ceramic blades I have ordered from Amazon, and I couldn't be happier with them.

Great knives!

This is my first time using ceramic blades and so far i love them! I'm especially happy with the peeler. I use the peeler at work for peeling fruit for drinks like old fashioned's. The metal ones seem to wear out fast. I've been using this one for a couple of weeks and it cuts as smoothly now as the first time. The knives I use for cutting fruit. I think the ceramic holds up better to the acidic juice better than metal. Excellent so far!

Baffling Awesomeness

I say "Baffling" as honestly i'v only ever used steel knives.I'll admit that i have used Ceramic cutoff blades on my Dremel and they work great.Never thought about it for knives though.And even more baffling is how much they still have that cold steel kind of feel.These knives are SHARP and after using them for a couple weeks, they are still very sharp.I'm really glad i got them and they are both now in my cutting block, ready to use
