Beautiful! I had the silver colored set of these awesome knives for the past couple years, and they still look and function like brand new. I passed them along to my best friend to justify my investment in another set for the sole purpose of having the ivory color. I'm thrilled with them!! Excellent knives! Sharp, great quality, no rust.

Overall a great knife set. Well built and craftsmanship, excellent sharpness (we’ll see over time) great looks and value. Would have liked for this color to be available in the bigger set of 8 steak knifes.Word of caution with this or any other knife set, DONOT PUT THEM IN THE DISHWASHER OR LEAVE THEM OUT TO DRY! YOU MUST CLEAN AND DRY THEM AFTER USE, If not they will have water spots which will be hard to remove or worse they’ll get rusted.
I decided to ditch my mismatched, dull knives and invest in a proper set. This BRODARK 15-piece knife set with the built-in sharpener? Seriously impressed. Right out of the box, these knives felt solid and well-balanced in my hand – you can tell they're full tang.Chopping veggies and slicing meat has become so much easier and actually enjoyable! The built-in sharpener is a genius idea; no more forgetting to sharpen my knives. Plus, the ivory handles look really nice on my countertop. Knowing they're NSF certified gives me peace of mind about using them with food too. Definitely feeling like a more confident cook now! Highly recommend!
The knives come individually wrapped, with a plastic tip protector on each one.The block itself is solid wood, with an ivory white stain on it to match the ivory color of the cutlery handles.The white color is actually not my first preference, but I'm getting used to it.Everything comes fully sharpened, and they are quite sharp indeed.The block includes a an awkwardly-mounted 2-stage honing insert on the side to to hone your knives between proper sharpenings. The angle makes it a little weird to use; hard to hold the blade at just the right angle.The included kitchen utility scissors are also surprisingly sharp, and could be used to spatchcock a chicken with ease.The handles have a subtle roughness to them, where you can feel the edges of the ground metal alongside the resin; rather than a perfectly smooth handle made of a single material. I'm not really thrilled by that, but I can get over it. The overall contour of the grip is good.When placing the knives into the block, be aware that the smooth-edged paring knife and utility knife are similar in size to the serrated steak knives, but they don't sit well in the steak knife slots if you put them there by mistake.The steak knives fill the lower row of slots, and the larger knives + paring & utility knives (and scissors) go in the upper row.
