best can opener ever made just set it on top to can push the button and it does it thing. No fuss no bother. Only it will not work is can walls r too thin as they r on cheap tuna cans
Definitely read the instructions before using this because we thought it first that it did not work well but it turned out. We were doing it wrong. 🤣 this actually works really well. It doesn’t leave a sharp edge and it doesn’t leave metal burrs in your food.
It stopped working after using it about 7-8 times to open cans.. I tried replacing the batteries but it still did not work. I used the Kitchen mama website product support and sent them a message. They sent a message to me stating in order to process a replacement I was required to answer a list of questions about the what was broken on the device. None of the questions were related to what was not working on my can opener. I have sent 2 other messages on their support site- no response. It’s very frustrating dealing with their website support due to it requires filling out the same form each time I go to it. There doesn’t seem to be any cache of messages & responses- I have to start over each time. Apparently, there is no support….
Great for support of mobility issues. Easy to operate. I only gave 4 stars because it can be tricky to remove the can opener from the can, and it is slower to use than a manual opener.If it doesn’t work at first, it is because you need to supply batteries.
Works good. I had know idea that a battery was needed. Earlier I had just bought an electric can opener, but to my surprise it didn’t open small cans, it doesn’t adjust in any way, so that’s why I bought the mini one , plus it doesn’t hurt my hands.
It's easy. It balances well and, mostly,tends to itself. It's a bit on the loud side but it works great. Removing the lid from the canned item can be a bit difficult and messy. You don't remove the lid like the other ways. Cut quality seems to be just fine... No issues there. Gripping is good. Have had no issues regarding the safety of this item as yet. I like it.
This device is half the size of its counterpart. But it also boosts half the power. It takes nearly a minute to open a can with 2 fresh AA batteries installed. I can open a can faster with my pocket knife. But unlike my pocket knife, this can opener is hands-free and allows me to do other things.
