Open a Can of Worms?
I bought the standard Kitchen Mama several years ago. I was so impressed with it that I bought dozens of them for my friends and family for Christmas. It still works great; the only problem is that it doesn't open large cans, so I bought the the Kitchen Mama Orbit One which is supposed to handle large, industrial-sized cans. It doesn't. I am extremely disappointed with it.

Easy peasy
I love this can opener. It goes all around the can just past the starting point and then reverses a little and stops. It takes the lid off without any trouble. The cut is clean. Great little work horse for the money. Sits in your kitchen drawer in its own case for those who don't have the counter space for yet another counter top appliance. I chose the red one, it looks great. Seems very durable. One word of caution as with opening any can, avoid the edge of the lid as well as the edges of the blade on the opener.

Does the work
Well crafted. You have to get used to it lifting up. I expected it to lay flat as it moved around the can. Keeps a good charge, but takes hours to charge.

After one year review
I bought this opener over a year ago and it is still working great. The last Rechargeable Electric Can Opener I bought lasted maybe a month. I amazed that it is still working like new, that is why I'm finally posting a review so long after purchase.
