I have been using these scissors daily for herbs, food packaging, and trimming meat, and the sharpness is noticeable right away. They cut cleanly without pulling, and the weight feels balanced and comfortable.The titanium coating has held up well through repeated washing (note I have only hand washed), and the built-in sharpener is a genuinely useful feature. I also appreciate the sheath, which makes drawer storage safer and more organized. These feel thoughtfully designed for real kitchen use and have become a tool I reach for often. Nearly put a hole in my foot

These are sturdy, well built scissors. The pivot point of the screw doesn’t have a locking cap, so the two blades can slip and come apart. This is by design, since both blades can be used separately as knives. I was holding these scissors and turned it in just the wrong way so that one blade did a flip in the air and made a pinpoint gash deep enough in my wooden floor to stick straight up. That’s on me for not handling these scissors with enough care, but it did confirm that these blades are sharp. I wasn’t wearing shoes, so I’m glad my foot wasn’t there. A bit of paint came off the tip, but the scissors work just fine.I used the included knife sharpener to patch up the edge and even tested it out on one of my steak knives. The flathead screwdriver feels a bit gimmicky compared to the nutcracker and bottle opener parts of the scissors, but I’m glad the manufacturer had the foresight to include a plastic cover for it. I’m definitely going to keep the scissors sheathed as much as possible, so I’m glad it came with one.If I could change a couple of things, I would add a flip cover for the bottle opener section and a locking nut at the pivot point. I’m glad to have a good pair of scissors, but safety really is number one.
