Well made attractive organizer, not just for kitchen utensils
First of all from an aesthetic standpoint this is a very attractive bamboo organizer with a clear acrylic front. It can actually be used for organizing a wide variety of items. I'm going to be using it for organizing art supplies like paint brushes and colored pens pencils Etc where that clear acrylic front will come in handy, since I already have enough utensil organizers that actually prefer from a design and aesthetic standpoint for that specific application.But in the photo I'm showing this organizer holding several kitchen utensils, and I have it positioned next to another acacia wood rotating utensil holder that I have that I prefer even more for tall kitchen utensils that has distinct dividers, taller sides and does a better job of holding these types of utensils vertically in an organized format.The fact that this bamboo organizer doesn't have distinct front to back slots to hold items means that your utensils are going to be flopping over more than they would otherwise because of the large essentially three spaces in this organizer and the very short sides. It's not a big deal because many kitchen utensil organizers are just one big round open vessel and this at least has three distinct pockets. But once you start getting into taller utensils, they do flop over quite a bit because of the large spaces but very short sides. So consider this could be used for something like short to Mid height utensils otherwise it's not an ideal choice for taller utensils like ladles or long stainless steel spoons.That said, it is very well made, the Finish is perfectly smooth and evenly varnished, the corners are nice and tight and no sloppy gluing, and the slotted section dividers fit perfectly where they're supposed to without any back and forth play. The acrylic window in the front is a nice touch depending on what you want to use this to organize. Keep in mind that the acrylic comes with two protective plastic coated layers on it so you have to peel those off. If you want the acrylic to be completely transparent and glass looking, you'll want to peel off that plastic protective coating on both sides.Again I can imagine lots of different uses for this organizer besides just kitchen utensils where the particular design with the open transparent front would be even more useful.
