Hadn’t used one before. Kinda fun. Carrots grated for carrot cake at Easter. Tried potatoes on single blade on the other side for a casserole which sliced thin enough to make potato chips. Made my own hash brown potatoes to vac/seal in freezer for another day. Lost the skin on a thumb knuckle OUCH! After that used a little utensil to hold the smaller pieces to complete the shredding. Love the handle
Works well and high quality! Great value and I love the little container that fits inside. It grates easily and is sharp so far!
Wife loves it. Big improvement over smaller shredder…..much faster for high volume. Yes, it’s bigger than options, but that investment in storage space pays off!
Good idea but blades not as sharp as my hand rasps
The different size graters on different sides are excellent, and the container that snaps onto the bottom to catch grated food is perfect for not only catching but also storing.
Not your grandma's grater! Covered handle makes it comfortable to use and it's lovely and sharp. The handy cup on the bottom is very convenient and has a lid. Best I've owned! Saves me hauling out (and cleaning!) my food processor for smaller quantities.
We needed a cheese grater. This one works well. Great for soft and hard cheese. A little bulky, but the 4 different graters are needed. I like the container which catches the shredded cheese.
