I love this cheese slicer. It is lightweight but sturdy. You can change the thickness of the slices easily. It is easy to clean. It has a latch to secure the blade when not in use so it is safe to handle. It is large enough to slice a block of cheese easily. This the best cheese slicer I have ever had. I recommend this cheese slicer to everyone.
I haven't used alot but I have used for a hard type of salami and it works great! I recommend.
Works great with products that don’t have a skin on them. Compact enough to fit in your drawers. Easy to use and clean!
Cuts very well just a little small
I absolutely love this tool! I make a lot of soup, and I find that the width of the vegetable cuts is important for achieving even cooking. I've used hand slicers, rotary slicers, and Cuisinart-type machines in the past, but this low-tech cutting board is my favorite.Here’s why I like it better than the others:1) The leverage-based cutting action requires almost no force to slice through ingredients.2) The cutting width adjustment dial works exactly as advertised.3) The blade is sharp and effective.4) It's affordable!This tool performs better on firm vegetables than on softer ones, as it doesn't allow for a back-and-forth slicing motion. Cleaning it can be a bit tricky. Not sure if it's dishwasher safe.Overall, this is my favorite kitchen gadget purchase in a long time, and I now actually look forward to cutting up vegetables! It can be hella-dangerous, once your fingers get close to the blade. But that's try for any knife-based chopping activity. So be safe, be sober while using, and enjoy!

Work great. Good and well built. I like the fact that you can set the gage and cut your cheese or summer sauage any thickness you want. It is a very very durable appliance.
