Great, inexpensive baking sheets.
I've had a set of silicone sheets for years, but somehow lost one around Thanksgiving - think it might have gotten tossed.I ordered these - because Christmas and cookies, and was a little worried when I saw how thin they were.It was not a problem. They were perfect - everything came out with zero sticking & I'm glad I have an "extra" sheet, which I realized I've needed more than two for a while.Buy these, they're easy to use, easy to clean, they don't burn & they made good cookies. Now, if I just had an easy way to store them so they're easy to reach.

Glad I splurged
I’ve seen these listed on recipes for a long time and never bothered with them. But during the holidays, the price was right. I’m so glad I bought them. Cleanup is a breeze and no problems with the baking. I am nicely surprised at what a nice baking tool they actually are!

Silicone baking mats
These silicone baking mats were amazing to use. I used to use parchment paper but now using these mats, they weren't sticky, they fit on baking sheet perfectly and they are super easy to clean. Truth be told that my cookies this year tasted better. Definitely recommend this product!

For the price, this is an excellent deal. They are thin, so heat is not as evenly distributed and cookies will spread more than Silpat, but definitely less than parchment. They fit perfectly in the baking sheet and are absolutely non-stick, so everything is as described. I will use these in a pinch when I have large orders that require all of my sheets in quick rotation. They are better suited to biscotti than leavened bakes. I saw some reviews in which people said the mats were ruined in the dishwasher or under the broiler - not sure why either of those scenarios made sense to try, but all silicone baking mats should be handwashed and dried and should not go under the broiler.
