Good for roasting
This roasting pan is substantial enough for us! Not super heavy, but not flimsy either. Went thru dishwasher like a champ! Size works for my needs, but is on the smaller size. Won't hold a turkey over about 14lbs. Can't beat it for the price.
The pan is quite heavy and sturdy which means it should hold up a long time without dings. The nonstick, light gold coating is evenly applied. Overall the quality appears to be quite good. I like that it is dishwasher safe, though it’s easy to wash by hand as well. I’m looking forward to baking brownies in this pan. The box says the pan is 34x24x6 cm, but for those of us who use inches, it’s a standard 13x9 baking pan. I really like it.
THE QUALITY
Good for chicken or duck , won't accommodate turkey
We like this pan and uses it a lot. Thanks
"New" is what she said when we looked at the old roasting pan that was flaking and vile, and I asked what are going to do for Christmas? 20 years was long enough for the "old" to give up the ghost. New she asked hopefully and she loves it. Christmas is saved..."God bless us every one!"
