Made from a titanium alloy with a non-stick ceramic coating these pans come in 3 sizes to meet all your stovetop needs. They are easy to clean, cook evenly and are dishwasher safe. The 8 inch I use for breakfast omelets and the larger sizes are used for general cooking. From pancakes to fried chicken these work really well. The deep sides keep the splatter to a minimum and the even heating means everything will brown evenly. There are no toxic coatings.

A pretty pan set to replace older, toxic wares
Are these pans pretty? Yes. Totally functional and easy to use? Yes and yes! Can you put them in the dishwasher? Also yes!! Did they come with any specific care instructions to extend their life? Unfortuantely, no. (Womp womp.)It's a very good set and I appreciate that they're non-toxic. For the price, though, I will say that I did expect a slightly heavier set of pans than I got. Of course, weight isn't the be-all-end-all in determining the quality of a pan, and the fact they're relatively lightweight is actually a plus for my weak wrists. But for $100+, I guess I just expected them to feel a bit more substantial.The pans are a prettier cool gray than they may look in my pics; my warmish-yellowish overhead light doesn't do them justice. My dog, you may notice, couldn't care less about the pan color; she just wants whatever I plan to make with them. :)

Absolutely Great Value!!!
I am picky, and 5 star reviews have to be worked for. Earning them is tough, and so that being said, these pans earned the 5 star. At $100 for three pans, I would probably have walked by these in a store. When looking at them, they are nothing fancy, and nothing really sticks out about them in appearance. However, nothing sticks!!!First thing we made was grilled cheese. As anyone knows, a pan can make or break a good grilled cheese. You can burn it easily, or it cooks uneven etc. In our family, we don't make normal grilled cheese, we go all out. Grated cheese is frequently used, which means shreds hit the pan. It often turns sticky, and you get burn stuck cheese everywhere. BUT NOT HERE.The pans heat and cooks very evenly., and they are very nonstick right out the gate. Even letting shreds of cheese stay in the pan for 5 or 6 sandwiches worth of cooking didn't phase them. The blackened shreds wiped right out. No mess, no fuss. Same with the eggs we did the next morning. Evenly cooked, no sticking, and super easy to clean.Being dishwasher safe is a huge plus, though they really clean so easily, you don't really need the dishwasher to clean them. The handles do not get hot when used on the stove top. They are oven safe, though we have not tried them that way yet.Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend these pans. The value here is unmatched by many others in the same price range.Pros: Nonstick, easy to clean, even heating, "stay cool handle", dishwasher safeCons: None yet and don't expect any.

Overpriced pans with questionable durability
The three ceramic coated pans that I got felt lightweight since they were made out of aluminium. I thought the weight of the pans and the handles made them easy to carry and hold, but at the same time I felt that the lightweight pans felt cheap and not worth the $100 price for all three. I would have loved it if this pan set included lids to make it worth the price though.I thought the ceramic coating on the interior of the pan was nice, but I didn’t test the durability of it with metal utensils because I decided to use a silicone spatula to fry some eggs. I did add a little oil to the pan prior to heating it up and the egg didn’t stick to the surface, which was nice. However, after cleaning the pan, I noticed that the bottom surface looked discolored and scratched because I was using a gas stove with an iron grate. I question the durability of the bottom surface due to how bad it looks after my first time using it, I worry that it will get worse after continuous use on my stovetop.Overall, this seems to be a nice set of pans, but I don’t think the high cost of $100 is worth it at all because the pans do feel cheap and not heavy duty, so I'd worry about how long these would last over time.

Great non-stick performance. Easy to clean.
I like this set a lot. All three pans heat evenly and the nonstick coating works exactly the way it should. Food releases easily and clean up takes almost no effort. A quick rinse is usually all they need.The handles stay cool while cooking and the pans feel sturdy without being heavy. I have been using them on an induction cooktop and they work very well. The surfaces still look great after several uses and nothing has stained or stuck so far.Overall, this is a solid set of ceramic pans that performs well and makes everyday cooking simple. I have no complaints.

Even heating and truly nonstick!
These nonstick pans work really well. They transfer the heat and cook things equally and nothing has stuck to them so far. Cleaning is super easy as well. My son is a chef and he picks these every time over other pans we have. When they say nonstick they mean nonstick. Even with the stickiest recipe like caramel doesn't stick! Overall, these pans are awesome and well worth the expense.
