Cook on low heat with a lid.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Stainless steel on both sides of the aluminum and the non toxic features. These are totally fabulous. I like my meat to be browned and was leery of that happening on low heat. Nope it browns perfectly and in record time on low heat with a lid. Food tastes good and clean up is a perfect breeze. I have used them for a month + and love the results every time. These are very heavy and well made. I had my eye on a Caraway pan but got all three of these for less than one Caraway pan so for the price difference I tried these. Glad I purchased. Only one thing maybe worth mentioning in the instructions it says to screw the lid on with water before using?…but there is no lid and no way to screw one on.  Totally nonstick on low. If you tried to cook on a high heat EVERYTHING would burn, it cooks fast and perfectly on a low heat with a lid. Never will you need to use a high heat to obtain awesome results. I threw all my old pans out. Happy customer.

Handles are a little thin for the large pan, but great product

The first thing about using these that I noticed was the handles flex. The pans needed assembly but it was not the assembly process that was the problem. It was the thin gauge of the handle. A little thicker and these would have been a fantastic set.Cooking performance was excellent. They came clean but I clean all cookware before use. I cooked bacon, onions and lastly mushrooms in the pan, sizzling all the way. No problem with the food sticking and that can be an issue with bacon. The food cooked evenly and the nonstick worked fantastic. The ridges on the surface help fry the food and keep it from sticking.If the handles were made of a slightly thicker material, this would be a 5 star product.Even as is, this is a great product. On the medium and small pans, the handle thickness is good enough. It's just the large pan that feels too thin.

Beautiful pans, but....

Love the look of these pans, and no issues with cooking until....I noticed that the handle does get hot and you have to be aware of that. Unfortunately, the smallest pan was used by my son to cook a hot dog and now the pan is marked up and will not come clean. See the pic... don't know why this happened. Used olive oil, not pam or those sprays. I would probably not buy these again.

Truly nonstick, slightly oiled pan and the food slides right off the pan. The pans handles have to be screwed onto the pan, but no biggy. The handles go on easily. So far I'm loving these pans. I highly recommend these pans. The price was very attractive as the pans.
