I’m in love with this knife

Great knife and inexpensive too! Its design is perfect for slicing veggies or meat. It is very sharp and obviously has good metal since I have not had to hone or sharpen the edge yet. Its handle is beautiful and finished to perfection.

Very nice knife, one little drawback

Nice little knife, sturdy and sharp. My only complaint is about the design, and not a big deal. But the shape of the blade is symmetrical, for lack of a better word. It is shaped like a perfect elongated V - so when you pick up the knife, you can't tell at first which side has the blade. So I have to look at the knife intentionally to determine which side has the sharp part of the blade. A few times I have cut into something and then realized I was trying to cut with the top of the blade, because it is the same top and bottom. Not a huge deal but something you never really have to do with other knives.

Perfect for the casual user.

I buy meat in bulk and slice it up into steaks to save some money. This knife slices like butter. I haven't tried it on bone yet. Will try to update the review once I do. If you're looking to buy a boneless roast and separate it into Ribeyes for example, look no further than this knife.
