This machine honestly exceeded my expectations. I used to make pizza in my home oven, but it never quite tasted like real pizza. A little hard to use.
Works great, but does require a lot of learning. The top and bottom heating elements are controlled by two separate dials, but there’s not really a way to know which one needs to be adjusted in order to keep the oven at the right temperature. It’s also not insulated so if you open it at any point while heating, it will cool off a significant amount (mine dropped 200 degrees). I think a digital version of this would be superior, since it’s almost impossible to get the temperature to the right amount. It’s easy to clean and makes great pizza, though. The pizza stone comes out for easy cleanup, though the pizza paddles leave a lot to be desired (they don’t pick up pizza very well). In all, I think it’s a great little oven to have if you’re a fan of the more rustic, home-cooked pizzas rather than delivery.

Good for learning pizza making, hard to get floppy homemade pzza crusts placed properly. Returned.
Gets up to temp and cooks well, but very awkward to get uncooked pizza crust placed properly on stone, it may fall apart. It helped show what we needed--a good toaster oven style pizza oven. We got the Deernuf model and it is fantastic. This Klaif model helped us see what we needed to have a successful pizza making experience with our own breadmaker dough crusts.This might be Ok if you prebaked your crust dough enough to slide off peel without falling apart.
