Same great quality as KitchenAid brand! Fits perfectly on KitchenAid 6qt Professional stand mixer! Like the lid that came with this bowl, helps to not having flour spill out when machine is running..Will definitely purchase another if need more bowls..price was half that of KitchenAid bowls..i wish lid held on a little tighter,but does the job ok otherwise..

Purchased for use with my KitchenAid Lift Bowl Mixer. Good quality stainless with no rusting problems. Fits my appliance perfectly.
I still think it is expensive, but this is MUCH less than the OEM price. It works perfectly and the cover is great not only during use but for storage as a dust cover.We only used it a few times, so not sure about durability, but it fits perfectly in our 7 quart mixer.

When I received it, I tried it without anything in it and it looked like it would work. There was no noise scraping or any indication that it was not compatible in the bowl at the time. No marks showed when we tried it. Several weeks later when we made rolls was when we discovered it was not compatible. There are marks in the bowl and also a worn spot on our paddle.
