Still holding up great after 6 months of use.

I've been using it for a few months and it still spins smoothly and looks great, install tool a little fussing, but that had more to do with the cabinet being a tight fit.

Don’t Do it Yourself

While the kit is workable it is a mishmash of pieces from I don’t know what. No screws to mount brackets, the wrong instructions for the kit. Maybe the right instructions would have actually helped describe the process. Thank God I was replacing a very similar kit and used the existing parts to make this kit whole. If you just need to replace broken shelves it’s a good kit at a decent price.

Decent product, terrible instructions

I was concerned about the amount of flexing we would get with plastic instead of the wood that we were replacing, but so far so good. The primary issue to me was the instructions. They have been photocopied ten billion times, so the tiny drawings on the photocopy are a little muddy. Even if they weren't muddy they would be of minimal use because the drawings are so tiny. The descriptive part is truly brutal. They sat their engineers down and told them to write impossible instructions and they came through. My suggestion would be replace 90% of the words with images. I got a little help using youtube videos, but it wasn't for this unit, just one that was close enough I could get the idea. It took me around 4.5 hours. Partly because this is by nature one of those jobs that puts you in bad positions to do the work, but more in trying to figure this thing out without using instructions because I don't have a PHD in corner cabinetry. Doing a second one tonight or tomorrow, it will go much, much faster this time. It isn't difficult, the directions just make it unnecessarily difficult.

Marginal

I purchased this to replace a different model that had worn out. My first observation was that the instructions were very difficult to read (very small print) and difficult to understand (tiny diagrams and unclear descriptions.) I do a lot of home improvement projects, so this should not have been so confusing. Second observation was that parts did not fit as described, I was able to make it all come together, but the shelf supports will not thread onto the shaft in the manner the instructions direct. Third observation was that the top bracket to hold the shaft in place is plastic. I do not have much confidence that it will last. My old one was metal, and I'd have happily re-used it, but it was not compatible with the shaft on this model. Finally, the instructions direct you to assemble the entire unit and then place it inside the cabinet. That is physically impossible. The corner opening is not wide enough to allow for the assembled unit to pass through. You need to assemble it INSIDE the cabinet. No easy task. Overall, it took a few hours, was frustrating, and I do not have confidence that it will hold up for long. If the top bracket was metal that would be an enormous improvement.
