These are beautiful well made knifes, very sharp really good quality. They have Japanese names and markings on them but the truth is they are made in China like most other things. I give them 4 stars for being excellent quality but take one star off for trying to create the impression they are Japanese which they are not.

Not Damascus its lasered

Blades and block appear to be good quality. However the knife is not a true 67 layered Damascus. There is no damascus in the spine, blade or tang. It is laser etched.
