Excellent knife set
I purchased this 14 piece knife set for many reasons. I absolutely love the look of the butcher block and the knife set itself. The look is very stylish and modern. The built in sharpener on the side is a great design. I love how the knife set is one solid piece. The non slip handle is amazing and comfortable. The knifes doesn't feel like they are going to slip from my hand. I love that the knife set is made out of a high carbon steel and will not rust. Being able to put this knives in the dishwasher is an added bonus. The scissors are very sharp and comfortable to grip. The knives themselves are the perfect weight, not to heavy and not to light. Sharp but not dishwasher safe as claimed
We’ve been using the knives for a couple of weeks now. They’re incredibly sharp and look great. However, they are not dishwasher safe! Ours discoloured already after a few times in the dishwasher (see photo) and they will rust.Overall, if you hand wash and dry immediately, I think they’re great knives. But they won’t last if you wash them in the dishwasher.
