KOCH SYSTEME CS Nonstick Grill Pan for Stove Tops, 11 Inch Square cream white

My old square copper chef pan isn't none stick like in the begging. It's not scratch or damaged in anyway just making pancakes other day required constant oil spraying preventing sticking so time for a new pan. Not much available in square pans specifically ceramic coated so when saw this had to give it a try. Just received it today and after running my fingers over pan surface it's definitely slick and pan is a good size. Handle has a good fell but tricky to attach and tighting right just pay attention to direction the metal collar that fits onto the handle were it attached to the pan sits. When tighting the screw Not enough or to loose can damage screw housing, be careful. Pan has weight specialty with lid which sits nicely and has vent hole and good size nub. I'll wash it today and give it a try tomorrow morning I'll update.Update: ok made sausage and scrambled eggs today and it worked fine with good cleanup but? First never heat any fry pan empty this is were having an oil Mister comes in handy. Second never use any can spray in a frying pan it's not a baking dish were it doesn't.matter. Third never put cold water in a hot pan specially in the sink wait until it cools down. Fourth the coating inside the pan looks fine if you use none metal because if will scratch the bottom did which was caused by moving it around on my Nuwave induction or when my sister rested it on turned over glass cover with a metal frame, not first time this has happened. Important like all disc bottom fry pans it's not flat but has a slight raised middle but not big enough the eggs built up on outside of the pan. Just pour eggs in slow starting in the middle it will begin to setup first. Only cooked in it once and not going to get lot of use anyway why got bunch of Ninja kitchen appliances but when needed it will work.

Raised/domed Center

After just a couple of uses, this pan raised in the center. No longer flat. Causes liquids, such as oil, eggs, batter, to run towards the sides. Due to domed center it also causes pan to heat slightly more in center. Neither problem is real bad but does limit what and how you cook. With a hammer and a 2x2 board I was able to flatten the center. Hope this works for more than a few uses. If the center again raises/domes, I'm not sure 3 stars is low enough. I do like the pan for its non-stick feature.
