I love this cookware. I bought it for the removable handles so it could fit in my Nuwave air fryer and it works beautifully. The quality of the cookware is superior, it compares to my other stainless steel cookware, and at a 1/10th of the cost. If you're looking for cookware, this is the one to buy.

I absolutely Love Love the KOCH SYSTEME CS Stainless Steel Cookware Set! I had the opportunity to get a frying pan from KOCH SYSTEME CS a few months ago with the same design on the handle but the handle is attached. I loved it so much I instantly ordered the set of matching pots, and I have been using them almost daily. Ok, I don't cook everyday so jokes aside, :P when I saw this set, with the removable handles I was so excited to order it. The quality of KOCH Cookware is the best I have ever had, and I have paid more than twice the price for a cookware set roughly three decades ago. The stainless steel is heavy duty, exceptional high quality premium 18/10 stainless steel. Food heats quickly and evenly. Stainless steel is by far my favorite to cook with, and Koch has taken it to another level with the removable handles and the Tri-Ply stainless steel base for even heating to get the perfectly cooked meal time after time.Backing up for a minute, according to the paperwork that comes with the cookware, KOCH SYSTEMES CS is a based in Germany and is a kitchenware brand of Carl Schmidt Sohn GmbH that originated in 1829. So, you can depend on the long-standing expertise of German cookware going back two centuries.So important in today's world where we are pummeled with toxins, stainless steel introduces no toxins or harmful chemicals into food very much unlike cookware with non-stick surfaces. I do everything I can to live a healthy lifestyle free of chemicals and toxins which can be extremely challenging. You can have peace of mind that the stainless steel of the Koch Cookware is ensuring you are protecting your health and the health of your family.Stainless steel I have learned across time is far superior for its anti-stick qualities than any and all anti stick cookware I have used. It is important to grease the cookware well first and that is the only magic required to ensure a non-stick surface. Eggs that become like cement in other pans, come off of the KOCH SYSTEM pans with ease. (See photo 4) You don't have to worry you might scratch the surface and ruin the pan. The pans are durable and hold up to stainless steel. (Of course there is no anti-stick surface to scrape off.) I use stainless steel utensils with my stainless-steel cookware as I prefer the health benefits and high quality and durability of stainless-steel utensils. The cookware is super easy to clean and is dishwasher safe. If anything gets burned, stainless steel Brillo or kitchen pads will clean the pans to like new condition.The removable handles are a game changer. The removable handles save on space and are extremely strong. I picked up a stack of 3 heavy weights pans and carried them across the house with one handle and there was no weakness at all in the handle.The removable handles also make the pots and pans extremely versatile and functional. They can be used as serving bowls and serving platters. I can cut down tremendously on the number of dishes I need in my cabinet. Stainless steel retains heat and cold so much better than glass does. There is no comparison to plastic serving dishes, stainless steel is leagues above plastic. You can pop the pans without the handles into the freezer and use them with cold salads for an outdoor picnic that will keep salads chilled longer. The removable handles can be put on to carry the salads or other dishes out to the yard with ease. I can't say that for my large glass serving bowl when I am trying to juggle it with one hand to open my sliding glass doors with my other hand to bring salads outside.I absolutely love the fact the handles can be removed so I can put everything into one pan and put it in the oven for a full meal that is fast and easy to cook. Last night I put hot Italian sausage, peppers, and onions in the large frying pan into the oven. I put mozzarella over the top for the last few minutes with the broiler on and we had a quick and delicious meal without needing to use several pans on my stovetop. (Pictured in photo 5). Best of all I only needed to clean one pan.There is nothing better than this pan set for people that are tight on space. Though even people who have a lot of space, it is nice to keep it in order to keep things more organized and clutter free. Who doesn't think it is miserable to crawl down to the bottom dark cabinets to try to fish out the right pan from multiple stacks? Those days are gone with this pan set.The wood look is gorgeous on the handles of this cookware. I hang the handles on hooks and they are hung on my wall next to my stove for convenience and the handles are beautiful to display. If there is one small thing I might prefer on this cookware is that the tops on the pans were heat resistant, oven safe tops so they can go in the oven with the cookware. I use foil as a top when I use them in the oven which is still perfectly fine with me with the large number of benefits I get with this cookware set.I am in Love with this cookware set! It would make a fabulous and extremely thoughtful gift for a wedding or for that young person starting out in their first place. The Koch Systeme CS Stainless Steel Cookware Set is hands down the best cookware set I have ever had, and I can't recommend it highly enough for everyone. Get this set! You will be so happy you did!

absolutely love these pans. the detachable handle is very convenient. they are quick to heat up. highly recommend researching how to take care of stainless steel pans to get the best use out of them. they are not like traditional pans. the size is perfect, comes with lots of variety.
I originally got this for our RV (an excuse I guess), but I have been wanting to upgrade our pans to stainless steel for awhile. Our pans are falling apart and scratched up so I’m excited for these. I love that you can switch the handles around. I think it’s very innovative but I also haven’t tried cooking with it yet so time will tell. I absolutely love how they all stack together and everything fits so nicely in the cabinet. I know cooking with stainless is very different than Teflon or cast iron, but I am excited to learn this difference. So far worth it! And beautiful
